Beautiful vintage silk velvet burnout blouse. Fitted with exaggerated balloon sleeves, buttons down front with mock collar. Luscious black silk with sepia velvet burnout. Self covered buttons. So so special. Made in London circa 1960's. Very light wear, one cuff button is missing covering but still functions. In great vintage condition. Ideal for modern XS/S. Measured with garment laying flat.
