Cute vintage 1960's petticoat. Made from nylon and pleated chiffon with lace, tulle under layer, elastic waist. Love her styled low on the hips, could also we worn at natural waist. Light wear, some tiny pin holes across nylon from where she was once taken in, one tiny honey colored dot. Elastic waistband is a bit worn out but still has stretch, makes her perfect to style low rise. Ideal for modern medium depending on desired fit. Measured with garment laying flat and doubled where necessary.
