Precious vintage 1960's baby pink pajama top with chiffon ruffles. Buttons down front, dark pink trim and ties at neck. Labeled a medium, true to size and meant to have a boxy fit. Measured with garment laying flat and doubled where necessary. Very light wear, one extremely faint line/smudge on back bottom.
